Bible again and again tells us that we should not worry for anything but have to put our trust in the Lord. In 1 Peter 5:7 also we read, "Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you."

At times it is not easy not to worry for the things. We look at the adverse circumstances and we start to panic. But if you trust in the Lord, I am sure that He will make a way, no matter how hard it seems, no matter how impossible it looks and no matter how terrible you feel as if there is no way out. I have seen in my own life, time and time again, that in those impossible moments God made ways and brought favorable solutions for us. And the same God will do the same thing for you.

Recently in USA many do not have a job, many are suffering because they had lost their homes in wild fires. Severe draught in some parts also has some effect on corn crops. In the natural all these things and circumstances would tell us that there is no hope left for us. But when we trust in the Lord, He will bring us out of those situations victoriously. Some one has said that, "Problems will come and God will not prevent us from going through some difficult times and through deep waters but He promised to bring us to the shore safely."

Worry makes our lives miserable. Once I heard a true story about a farmer who worked very hard in Banana crop field. He accumulated some money for his sister's wedding. He was hoping for a bumper crop and expected to have enough money for his sister's wedding. But one night heavy rain came and as he went to look at his field, he found that most of the banana plants were destroyed. Not knowing what to do, he wept and wept. Many questions stood before his eyes, "how could my sister's wedding take place now?... How will I feed my family now?..." And being heart broken, he committed suicide. What a tragic end of that man who trusted in his own ability. Had he trusted in the almighty God Lord Jesus Christ, his story would have been completely different.

Yes, my friend, our circumstances and our problems are temporary and if we give our lives in the mighty hands of Jesus, we do not need to worry about anything because Jesus Himself worries about us. That's why He said, Matthew 6:25-36, "Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature? So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? Therefore do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.."

What a great privilege that God almighty Himself worries about us and for our needs. We do not need to do anything except to place our lives in His mighty hands. When we give our lives in His mighty hands, our worries become His worry and He promised to provide, protect and meet all our needs. More than that, He wants to give us eternal life. Would you come to Him and place your life in His mighty hands?

Visions and dreams are wonderful additions in the life of a believer. Last time we saw how we can escape from the cheatings and deceptions of people. Today we are going to see further how visions and dreams help us to know things which are coming in the near future. God shows visions and dreams for prayer. When we know about what is coming in the near future we can pray effectively and can escape from the coming danger or can get prepared for the things which are coming. Some times God shows such visions and dreams to show us what we have to do next and it might have any future plans of God.

Let's see what the Bible has to say about God's revelations. If we read the story of Samuel who was a great prophet of God we can see how he knew things, which were coming in the near future. From the Bible we can understand that he knew what was coming in the next day or within the next two or three days. In the Bible we find that Saul's father's donkeys were lost and he went searching for them.

1 Samuel 9:3 Now the donkeys of Kish, Saul's father, were lost. And Kish said to his son Saul, "Please, take one of the servants with you, and arise, go and look for the donkeys."
1 Samuel 9:4 So he passed through the mountains of Ephraim and through the land of Shalisha, but they did not find them. Then they passed through the land of Shaalim, and they were not there. Then he passed through the land of the Benjamites, but they did not find them.

Then when they decided to return since they could not find donkeys his one of the servant tells about the man of God "Samuel" who was in that city. Even before Saul decides to meet this prophet God told Samuel about the donkeys of Saul and how God had chosen him to become king over Israel.

1 Samuel 9:5 When they had come to the land of Zuph, Saul said to his servant who was with him, "Come, let us return, lest my father cease caring about the donkeys and become worried about us."
1 Samuel 9:6 And he said to him, "Look now, there is in this city a man of God, and he is an honorable man; all that he says surely comes to pass. So let us go there; perhaps he can show us the way that we should go."

It is quite amazing how God told Samuel in vivid details about Saul
1 Sam 9:15 Now the LORD had told Samuel in his ear the day before Saul came, saying,
1 Sam 9:16 "Tomorrow about this time I will send you a man from the land of Benjamin, and you shall anoint him commander over My people Israel, that he may save My people from the hand of the Philistines; for I have looked upon My people, because their cry has come to me."
1 Sam 9:17 And when Samuel saw Saul, the LORD said to him, "There he is, the man of whom I spoke to you. This one shall reign over My people."

Samuel knew many things about Saul and even he could tell what Saul was thinking.
1 Samuel 9:19 And Samuel answered Saul and said, "I am the seer. Go up before me to the high place, for you shall eat with me today; and tomorrow I will let you go and will tell you all that is in your heart.
1 Samuel 9:20 "But as for your donkeys that were lost three days ago, do not be anxious about them, for they have been found. And on whom is all the desire of Israel? Is it not on you and on all your father's house?".

God spoke then hundreds of years back and He still speaks through various ways. You and I can also have such experiences if you know how to hear the voice of God. Jesus is not respecter of persons but He is willing to tell you the things which He knows. You may say, "but when and under which condition?" If you are saved and spirit filled and if the gifts of the Holy Spirit is working in you and if you are willing to know the will of God and prepared to obey on what He reveals, then it would not be hard for you.

Visions and dreams are given for prayer:
I remember an incidence when the next day we had to go for a meeting. As usual we prayed for the next day meeting and went to bed. That night my sister saw a dream. In her dream she saw that we were traveling and then in the middle our vehicle stopped and it needed some kind of repair. Then in her dream she further saw that one of the famous preachers of India was there with us and that he had a small torch and he was looking from the left side of the vehicle and was stooping down and looking under the vehicle with that torch to see what went wrong. Then the dream ended.

Next morning she shared this dream. As we had to go out within a few hours we prayed hard for our car and for our travel. As we were on our way we stopped at one red light. Right there at the intersection one old lady in her 70's was riding her car. Her car hit the rear end of another car in front of her and then she hit one more car and broke the side mirror of that car. It all happened in a split second right before our eyes. Anyway it was good that no one was hurt in that incidence but just a little bit damage occurred to both cars. After a few minutes we reached the meeting place. After some time I saw somebody told something in my brother's ear and he went out. I thought may be he parked his car in a wrong place so he needed to park his car at a different location. Then 15-20 minutes have passed by and I thought why he is taking this long to find a parking place. But didn't know what was happening there. Then he returned back and I didn't think much about it. But when the meeting was over then only I knew that the things my sister saw in her dream came to pass exactly the same way. What happened was one of the women who came to attend the meeting while she was parking her car hit the car against the curb and her car door bent and she was not able to close the door. The door stuck in the concrete curb and it needed to be released and she needed help for it. So my brother stooped down and tried to put jack to release the door from the concrete curb. And the door which was damaged was the left side door as my sister saw in her dream.

It looks that God showed this dream for prayer. Though the two incidences took place within a few minutes apart but it looks that because of much prayer no one was hurt in either of those two incidences. Dreams and visions are given for prayer and when we pray we escape from many dangers and we help others also to escape from coming danger.

Jesus had promised in the Bible that in end times He will pour out His Holy Spirit and we will see visions and dreams. You can have these wonderful experiences by coming to Jesus and asking for these wonderful gifts. May God help you to grow spiritually to reach up to those levels where you can have visions and dreams on a regular basis.
