Joshua 1:8-9, "This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go."
God fulfilled His promises, wherever Joshua and Israelites went God gave them great victory over their enemies. When we walk in the ways of God, prosperity, blessings and success comes on our way. In Bible we read in many places that God did mighty things in the lives of people who feared Him and walked in His ways.
We read another incident in 2Kings 7th and 8th chapter that there was a great famine in Samaria; and indeed they besieged it until a donkey's head was sold for eighty shekels of silver, and one-fourth of a kab of dove droppings for five shekels of silver. (2 Kings 6:25) And also King heard talks of two women saying about killing their own son for food. When they were in this terrible condition prophet of the Lord says in 2 Kings 7:1-2, Then Elisha said, "Hear the word of the LORD. Thus says the LORD: 'Tomorrow about this time a seah of fine flour shall be sold for a shekel, and two seahs of barley for a shekel, at the gate of Samaria.' So an officer on whose hand the king leaned answered the man of God and said, "Look, if the LORD would make windows in heaven, could this thing be?" And he said, "In fact, you shall see it with your eyes, but you shall not eat of it."
There was a condition before them which was impossible in their sight. They thought there is no way that this famine may end in one day. How it is possible where there is sever draught and nothing to eat, no food in markets. Here comes the Prophet of God and says, tomorrow about this time there would be plenty of food to eat. How it can happen?
Further we read that there were four leprous men at the entrance of the gate; and they said to one another, "Why are we sitting here until we die? "If we say, 'We will enter the city,' the famine is in the city, and we shall die there. And if we sit here, we die also. Now therefore, come, let us surrender to the army of the Syrians. If they keep us alive, we shall live; and if they kill us, we shall only die." And they rose at twilight to go to the camp of the Syrians; and when they had come to the outskirts of the Syrian camp, to their surprise no one was there For the LORD had caused the army of the Syrians to hear the noise of chariots and the noise of horses; the noise of a great army; so they said to one another, "Look, the king of Israel has hired against us the kings of the Hittites and the kings of the Egyptians to attack us!" Therefore they arose and fled at twilight, and left the camp intact; their tents, their horses, and their donkeys; and they fled for their lives. And when these lepers came to the outskirts of the camp, they went into one tent and ate and drank, and carried from it silver and gold and clothing, and went and hid them; then they came back and entered another tent, and carried some from there also, and went and hid it.(2 Kings 7-3-8)
Then they went to the gatekeepers of the city, and told them saying, "We went to the Syrian camp, and surprisingly no one was there, not a human sound; only horses and donkeys tied, and the tents intact." And King arose in the night and said to the servants, "Let me now tell you what the Syrians have done to us. They know that we are hungry; therefore they have gone out of the camp to hide themselves in the field, saying, 'When they come out of the city, we shall catch them alive, and get into the city.'" And one of his servants answered and said, "Please, let several men take five of the remaining horses which are left in the city. Look, they may either become like all the multitude of Israel that are left in it; or indeed, I say, they may become like all the multitude of Israel left from those who are consumed; so let us send them and see."
Therefore they took two chariots with horses; and the king sent them in the direction of the Syrian army, saying, "Go and see." And they went after them to the Jordan; and indeed all the road was full of garments and weapons which the Syrians had thrown away in their haste. So the messengers returned and told the king. Then the people went out and plundered the tents of the Syrians. So a seah of fine flour was sold for a shekel, and two seahs of barley for a shekel, according to the word of the LORD. Now the king had appointed the officer on whose hand he leaned to have charge of the gate. But the people trampled him in the gate, and he died, just as the man of God had said, who spoke when the king came down to him.
Yes, they did not even fight with Syrian army and they got victory over them. Today God is doing the same thing. He is blessing those who believe on His word and His mighty power but other side He is crushing down those who reject Him.
Few days back when America sent its troop to Afghanistan, many experts and analysts said, it is an impossible task. This war is going to take long time and many will die. It was natural to think because of geography of Afghanistan where there are so many caves, mountains and hideouts for terrorists and also because Russia fought with them 10 years and could not win the war. But how surprising it was that Taliban Govt. fell so easily. Why? Because President Bush is a man of God and fears the God who does mighty miracles.
Yes, my friend, if you are seeing defeat in your life, no success, no prosperity in your life then you need to turn to the God of the Bible who can help you. When He will come in, He will give you victory in your life. He will change your defeat into victory and give you success in your life. What would you prefer? Trust on the almighty God and get His blessings and success or just get trampled under the feet of devil? You have to choose one thing, it is your choice. You chose your destination.
Creation of Universe

How this Universe was created? By big bang, evolution in millions of years or God created it in 6 days as the Bible describes? Today scientists and evolutionists claim that this world is millions and billions of years old and was created by a great explosion which took place millions of years ago. Many scientists believe that this solar system is formed by big bang. Millions of years ago a great explosion took place that produced energy and the planets, sun, moon and earth was created. At the same time scientists have failed to produce life by exploding rocks or by generating energy or Chemical reactions of Amino acids.
Scientists believe that earth was like a fireball and it slowly cooled down in millions of years. And they believe that somehow one cell came to existence and by dividing it formed small body and life started to begin in this planet. But there is no evidence of all these things. One tiny cell can not form different kind of species because every tiny cell has all the genetic information in it. If the information of a cell vary a little bit it can cause deformation. Many scientists tried to combine some chemicals and tried to make living organism but no scientist could ever produce life. So If we see a perfect creation of universe then there must me a creator behind it.. if there is a design then there must be a designer. I do not think that it can come together automatically without a designer and make a perfect design where all the perfect living condition is available for us.
Once an atheist and science student said like this, "Never have I encountered any reputable scientific fact that indicates that the earth is not more than 6000 years. I'm normally pretty accepting of people's ideas, but young-Earth theories are nothing more than deliberate ignorance."

If you take any archeology magazine you will find that the oldest human skeleton found is only 10,000 years old that is by carbon dating method. Anybody said otherwise has been found to be a fraud. If Earth were billions of years old and dinosaur lived millions of years back then today we would have seen a population explosion in such a way that there would have been millions of people in 1 square inch. Theoretically impossible!!
The only way to determine human skeleton's age is carbon dating method and carbon dating method does not work beyond 35000 years. And even where it seems to work there also it have problems because it is based upon radio active decay of C14 and C14 is formed by Sun light in the plants not in human being. Human being get C14 by eating plants. So originally humans do not have C14 and absence of C14 gives age in millions do you see the contrast? What you see skeleton 3.5 million years old and so on is not the age of the skeleton but the age of the rock that surrounds the skeleton. And this age is also based upon hypothesis in other words on an assumption of cooling of supernova. So nothing are fact here only assumptions in other words daydreaming.
I still maintain that no human skeleton found over 10,000 years according to carbon dating system. And carbon dating is not reliable because of many reasons. I gave few reasons already. Other than that: Carbon dating is reliable only if no other factor has played any role in Radio active decay. And you know that radiation takes place in the earth every moment and anytime the radiation will cross the threshold level it will cause decay more rapidly than we can imagine. There are many rivers already having heavy water and other radio active elements because of nuclear power plants and so on. The bombardment of Alpha and Beta and other rays can make the decay thousands of times faster.
Secondly every year we have an increase of surface level by about 0.5-2 inches due to dust rain. And if earth were billions of years old then surface level would have been very high. Calculate the surface level by the rate of dust rain deposit and you will find that it is impossible to accommodate the billions of years theory.
The population explosion is because we have a steady percent of increase every century. If you draw a graph by the population verses years you will see as if explosion of population happened only recently but if you draw a graph of percent growth and years you will see a steady increase. That means every century there is a certain percentage of increase. And when you make statistical calculations based on it you find that the origin of population goes only to about 4500 years back. So the evolution science talks about cannot happen. If there were 10,000 animals 3.5 million years back then.
Give me just 10000 Animals in the whole world per generation and when I calculate how many skeletons we will have in 3.5 million years gives me a figure that does not match with what we have in hand. remember just 10,000 I have said in the whole world and 3.5 million not billions.
1. Calculate the percentage growth and find out what would have been the state.
2. Accumulative total of all those animals how many skeleton we must have found? If you say rest is not preserved then what we have found are not in the shape to determine age. Because we do not know through what stages the skeleton had gone before reaching our hands.
So it is not possible that this earth is millions of years old. Bible describes how God marvelously created the universe which we see in first two chapters of the Bible and in many other scriptures of the Bible. Bible describes that God created heaven and earth, stars, sun, moon, trees, birds, animals etc. by His Word. He spoke and it happened. Bible tells us that His word has creative power. But God created man and woman differently. He did not create them by just speaking but he took the dust of the earth and made them in His image and in His likeness. Bible tells us that He breathed the breath of life in the nostril of Adam and he became a living soul.
Scientist have tried to create life on laboratory but they failed. Till date, with all the modern equipments, life is a mystery to them.
Yes, there is a designer who created whole universe including you and me. He loves us and cares for us and there is a purpose with which He created us. In this planet earth He kept us to know our creator and have fellowship with Him. We may walk with Him and finally enter into eternity. If you have not yet known the purpose of your life, this is the day when you can discover the new world of blessings and happiness with almighty God by knowing Him personally.
